Research Integrity Training @ UQ

UQ provides various opportunities for training in research integrity. This training aims to assist staff and students in understanding their responsibilities and in developing strategies to meet their obligations.

Research integrity workshops and seminars

The Office of Research Integrity offers seminars and interactive workshops on the responsible conduct of research. These may be tailored to the academic discipline as required. Please contact the Office of Research Integrity to arrange a workshop or seminar.

Training in research integrity is also offered through the University’s Staff Development Program and, for graduate students, the Graduate School’s Career Development Framework. Staff sessions include:

Research integrity online module

UQ offers an online training module in research integrity that has been implemented at a number of Australian and international universities. The course is applicable to all staff involved in research and to Higher Degree by Research students. It consists of interactive modules targeted to the broad discipline areas of Arts and Humanities, Biomedical Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Natural and Physical Sciences and Social and Behavioural Sciences.
